Q: Does your factory have any certificates? Can products meet the American standard and EU standard?
A: Yes. We have a complete certification (ISO 22716 GMP), and our products comply with the standards of the United States (MoCRA) and the European Union (EC 1223/2009), as well as other requirements of major global markets. We provide complete compliance documentation.
Q: Can you do private label for my brand?
A: Yes. We specialize in private label (OEM/ODM) services, offering formula development, packaging design, and full production based on your needs.
Q: Do you provide samples?
A: Yes, we offer fully customizable samples. During the sample stage, you can specify the packaging, formula and fragrance type according to your brand's concept, so as to achieve a perfect match with the brand before mass production.
Q: What's the lead time for production?
A: Normally for private label products lead time for mass production is 35-50days. But it willdepend on different products.
Q: Can I do my own formulas or colors?
A: Yes, We offer two options:
Bring your own formula/color: You can provide your own formula/color, and we will handle the production.
Custom development: We will develop it from scratch according to your requirements.
